Aleia Restaurant, awarded a Repsol Sun and two Michelin star, is the fine dining restaurant at Hotel Casa Fuster. It is directed by the prestigious chef Paulo Airaudo (who holds a total of 8 Michelin stars and owns restaurants in San Sebastian, Hong Kong, Florence, Bogotá, and Bangkok) and led by the Jerez-born chef Rafa Bedoya (with experience in top-tier restaurants in the Basque Country, Andalusia, and El Celler de Can Roca itself).

Tuesday: 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Wednesday to Saturday: 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
