Aleia Restaurant, which has been awarded a Sol Repsol and a Michelin star, is Hotel Casa Fuster’s gourmet restaurant, run by prestigious chef Paulo Airaudo, who boasts five Michelin stars and restaurants in San Sebastian, Hong Kong, Florence, Bogotá and Bangkok, and headed by Rafa Bedoya, a chef from Jerez who has experience at world-class restaurants in the Basque Country and Andalusia, as well as at none other than Celler de Can Roca.
