Types of Stays

Booking Confirmation

I. The confirmation of the booking will be guaranteed upon charging the total amount of the stay to a credit card at the time the booking is made, with the payment considered as made in advance. If your booking allows cancellation, you will be entitled to a refund within the cancellation period stipulated in your booking conditions.

II. For bookings of more than 7 nights, a payment of 25% of the total contracted stay must be made as a deposit towards the service reserved. This must be paid within 72 hours into the bank account that will be provided when making the booking, and the payment receipt must be sent by fax to Tel. +34 932 553 010 or by email to scb@suitescenterbarcelona.com. If after 72 hours payment has not been received, the establishment reserves the right to cancel the booking and release the contracted accommodation.

III. For stays longer than 30 days, please enquire about rates and conditions at scb@suitescenterbarcelona.com.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation conditions depend on the type of option and rate chosen when making the booking, and may be:

I. Free Cancellation. A full refund of your booking is allowed exclusively when cancelling up to 24 hours before the arrival date.

II. Flexible Cancellation. A full refund of your booking is allowed within the periods stipulated in your booking conditions.

III. Non-Refundable. The total amount of the stay will be charged at the time the booking is made, with no right to a refund. This rate is usually associated with special discounts.

Access to the Suites – Key Collection

Suites Center Barcelona allows you to complete your Online Check-in and access your apartment without being subject to a specific schedule, queues or a prearranged appointment.

With your booking, you will receive an instruction manual detailing the steps to complete the Online Check-in process. This procedure guarantees your safety during your stay. It will specify how to access the property and will provide you with a personal security code to enter using your mobile device through the JustIn Mobile app.

During your stay, the Suites Center Barcelona team will arrange an appointment with you to verify your personal and payment details, providing double authentication to ensure guest security and accuracy.

Please note that check-in is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. The apartment must be vacated before 11:00 on the day of departure.

Any departure after 11:00 that has not been authorised by the customer service department will be charged as an additional night.

Occupancy per Accommodation

The maximum occupancy contracted for the accommodation may not be exceeded.

Deposit

I. Stays from 1 to 7 nights: a pre-authorisation will be made on the credit card provided during check-in, equivalent to €100.00 VAT included per night of stay. This amount may also be paid in cash.

II. Stays of more than 7 nights: a cash deposit of €500.00 VAT included will be required at check-in.

In both cases, the deposits or credit card pre-authorisations will be refunded upon departure, subject to any charges for repairs or replacement of damage caused by irresponsible or careless use of the facilities during the stay, as well as any outstanding amounts still due for nights of accommodation.

Cleaning Service

The cleaning service is included in your rate. If you do not wish to use this service or prefer to specify particular days, please contact our Customer Service department (scb@suitescenterbarcelona.com). Suites Center Barcelona also offers additional extraordinary cleaning services beyond the included services (every 2 days for stays of 1–7 days and once a week for stays over 7 days). The price of this service will be estimated based on each guest’s needs.

Additional Services

All services requested during your stay at Suites Center Barcelona, such as: room service, laundry, transport, etc., must be paid at the time they are provided and cannot be charged to your account.

Parking

Suites Center Barcelona offers a limited number of parking spaces. If you require this service, please check availability and rates with the Reservations Department or Customer Service. Suites Center Barcelona is not responsible for any damage caused to vehicles parked in the car park.

Other

Suites Center Barcelona is not responsible for the behaviour and/or actions of tenants. The establishment reserves the right of admission. No acts, events or activities that disturb the right to rest according to municipal regulations and schedules are permitted.
