Through this notice, the business group of GRUPO HOTELES CENTER (*) informs users of its website www.hotelescenter.com (hereinafter the PORTAL) including the private area of HOTELES CENTER REWARDS (hereinafter THE LOYALTY PROGRAM), about its policy of protection of personal data so that users can freely and voluntarily determine if they wish to provide the business group of GRUPO HOTELES CENTER (*) with the personal data that may be required of them, or that the companies of the business group GRUPO HOTELES CENTER (*) could obtain from them on the occasion of their subscription or registration in some of the services offered on the PORTAL or through the PORTAL and the LOYALTY PROGRAM. In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 and article 10 of the Law (LLSSI) on information society services and electronic commerce, we inform you that the data provided by you will be processed by the business group of GRUPO HOTELES CENTER (*), for the purpose of providing the requested and/or contracted service, and billing for the same. The legal basis for the processing of your data is the execution of the service contracted and/or requested by you. The prospective offer of products and services is based on the consent requested from you, without in any case the withdrawal of this consent conditioning the execution of the contract. The provided data will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or during the years necessary to fulfill legal obligations. The data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation. You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether the business group of GRUPO HOTELES CENTER (*) is processing your personal data and, therefore, you have the right to exercise your rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, portability, opposition to processing, and deletion of your data as well as the right to file a complaint with the Control Authority by writing to the address Plaza Isabel La Católica, number 6, 18009 Granada, or by email lopd@hotelescenter.com attaching a copy of your ID in both cases. The company’s Portal uses “cookies” for the sole purpose of providing the user with a better experience in their “navigation” and enjoyment of the different services provided through it. In no way do these “cookies” obtain personal information about users.
