Health and Safety Protocols

From Hoteles Center we are ready to welcome our guests again with the maximum safety and hygiene guarantees in all our establishments. Our quality and service have always accompanied us as our main feature. Today, more than ever, we want to share these measures and protocols that ensure the safety of our customers in all aspects of their stay. To the already demanding protocols of cleanliness, security and privacy, we add the measures highlighted below to guarantee everyone’s safety from COVID-19.

For the reopening of our facilities we have implemented the actions required by the Institute for Spanish Tourism Quality (ICTE) in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism to reduce infections. Our teams will have the most advanced tools in order for our hotels and tourist apartments to apply the best practices in quality and service for everyone’s safety.

This document brings together, without prejudice to current legislation, guidelines and recommendations to be implemented by Hotels Center and thus minimize the risk of infection by the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

  • Within the extraordinary measures established by Hoteles Center to guarantee the safety of our establishments, and following the health authorities’ recommendations, distance indicators are set in common areas and in those areas susceptible to crowding.
  • Measures to limit the capacity of common areas, as well as special signs for movement flows are also implemented. These measures are aimed at maintaining social distance with those people who are not within the closest family or social unit.

  • The hotels of our chain always have very demanding cleaning and disinfection protocols. Both the most operative facilities and the rest of the common areas, and especially the rooms, have always benefited from the care and professionalism of our cleaning teams. Not only have we improved these measures but we have added several additional protocols to further limit current risks.
  • Therefore, the number of decorative elements, amenities and stationery are limited. Similarly, additional thorough cleaning processes are established for all commonly used items (dryers, remote controls, hangers…) and new recommended anti-viral cleaning products are used.

  • It is our greatest commitment to make available to our customers all those elements and facilities that can guarantee their personal protection during their stay.
  • The common areas, passage areas, all entrances and restaurant areas will have hydro-alcoholic solution available. Additionally, our staff can provide masks, gloves or any other protective element required by our guests at any time.

  • As in other areas of our daily lives, prevention is yet another key element to avoid unnecessary risks and to prevent any exposure or setbacks.
  • In order to stay ahead and provide greater security, both for our staff and for all our guests, the reception desk will have protective screens. On the other hand, we will facilitate the use of non-contact thermometers and eliminate linens and shared items from the restaurant services.
  • Our breakfast buffet service will be served avoiding contact with third parties by professional staff.

  • In addition to the means available for the reduction of contaminating materials, we will provide our clients with special containers for the recycling of PPE. In this way we prevent any possible contamination and contribute to greater peace of mind and security for everyone.
